JOB SUMMARY Provides direct care to patients; assists in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. 

Job Qualification 
Licensure • Active CNA License & CNA certification required   

Shifts - 12 hours shifts Full-time

 Job Specific Duties 

Participates in the delivery of basic nursing care, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and restorative programs, under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse.

ADLs may include bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, changing bed linens, and maintaining patients’ personal belongings. Nursing restorative programs may include bowel and bladder, dining/swallowing, range of motion, ambulation, restorative application of splints and braces, prosthetics, bed mobility, communication programs, falls prevention, skin at risk programs, diversional activities, and programming for cognitively impaired, as assigned. 

Communicates significant changes in condition to Charge Nurse. Documents daily care given & etc
