The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine personal nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisor. Also, this position provides assistance with recreational activities, dining and housekeeping.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of DSHS-approved Dementia and Mental Health classes within 90 days of hire. Upon hire Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License. Within 30 days adult CPR/FA.Why Join Providence?
