Base rate is $16.66-$19.16 with an additional $1.00 for evening and nights or Base rate is $16.66-$19.16 with an additional $2 for weekend evenings.

Duties:

Observing ResidentsReporting any health issues to the supervising nurseTaking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etcSetting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intakeFeeding Residents & serving nutritional supplementsMaking beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidyTransporting Residents within the FacilityTurning bedridden residents to prevent bedsoresMaintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements:

Must be able to work as a team memberSuccessful completion of a CNA programCurrent New York State CertificationIn good standing with State Registry
