Responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care (such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers)Assist client with active and passive mobility work and report changes to director of nursingTake and record height, weight, and vital signs as neededCreate and promote a safe, positive work environment and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulationsEnsure clients’ rights are adhered to

Requirements include:

Active certification as a certified nursing assistant in the state of Illinois1 year of experience as a caregiver/home health aideValid CPR certificateNegative drug screen and motor vehicle screeningThe ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
