Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Full-Time: 80 hours per 2 week pay periodPart-Time with Benefits: 64 + hours per 2 week pay period Part-Time: 24 + hours per 2 week pay period

Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

AM: 5:00 am - 1:30 am or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm PM: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm NOC: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of top notch healthcare professionals. This position is located our Riverside Transitional Care campus, a skilled nursing facility that focuses on the rehabilitation and memory care of up to 123 residents.

If you're just starting out in this industry, we look forward to providing you an experience that trains on all aspects of the job, including dementia specific training.

What You’ll Do

Assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere Perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being

What You’ll Need

Certified Nursing Assistant, active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry, required. Experience with CNA or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team! No experience required, though it is beneficial!

Our Wages

Part-Time Starting Rate: $19.50+ per hour, based on your experience and qualificationsFull-Time Starting Rate: $21.50+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
Shift Differentials include: PM $1.65 per hour, NOC $3.00 per hour, Weekend Diff: $2.00
Plus on-call pay, and pick up incentives available. Regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!

Qualifications for Higher Wages

CNA, Resident Care Experience
80 hours position
