Position Overview:

Job Type: Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: Provide companionship and perform caregiving duties for seniors Wage: $14-$17/hr (competitive compensation) Benefits: Health and dental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Overtime pay Weekly paydays Opportunities for ongoing training and development

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of CNA or home care experience is a plus (caring for a loved one counts) Willingness to be trained Punctual, dependable, respectful, and passionate about elderly care

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours (day or night shifts based on client needs) Opportunities for shifts ranging from 4 hours to 24 hours of care

A Day in the Life of a CNA:

Assist seniors with daily tasks, enabling independence Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping Provide care for clients with cognitive impairments or dementia, including feeding and bathing Maintain accurate documentation and report regularly to the office End each day with a sense of pride, knowing you’ve made a difference in the lives of seniors
