Responsibilities: + Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and oral care + Take and record vital signs + Respond to calls for assistance and observe changes in residents’ well-being + Complete documentation promptly + Help transport residents and provide companionship + Ensure safety and motivate residents to stay active and engaged + Maintain a clean, healthy environment Requirements + Must hold a current certification and CNA license in Virginia + Must possess a positive and professional attitude + Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment + Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus + Ability to communicate effectively + Ability to remain calm and patient with residents + Ability to listen attentively is essential + Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure + A willingness to navigate changes in assignments + Ability to show empathy and compassion while interacting with residents to increase their comfort level Benefits Culture makes all the difference in an organization.
