Position Summary:\n\nStatus: non-exempt\/PRN\nShift: 12hr\n\n

Major Responsibilities:\n\nCaring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.\nAssist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.\nAid in daily tasks such as, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery. \nLight housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.\nMedication reminders.\nObserve and report changes in residents' condition and status.\nConduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.\nAssist in dining including escorting residents to dining room, serving, and clean up.\nCompanionship and conversation.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

Specific Requirements:\n\nAbility to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties.\nAbility to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.\nAbility to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.\n\n

Minimum Qualifications:\n\nCompletion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant certification course.\nActive CNA registration.\n\n
