**What does a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) do?**
As a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around providing compassionate and attentive care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring each resident feels comfortable and respected. In addition, you'll monitor vital signs, document changes in residents' health, and communicate effectively with nursing staff to address individual care needs. Your schedule will be primarily focused on either the 3 PM to 11 PM or the 11 PM to 7 AM shift, allowing for structured and consistent routines to support our residents' well-being.
