403b + matching 24/7 Wellness Center access - Quincy & Pittsfield locations JOB SUMMARY   Provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a RN or physician. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of a RN.   JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: High School Diploma or Equivalent; or, be of at least 16 years of age with an active C.N.A. certification. Good verbal communication skills License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
