Job Requirements:
The Position will have the following requirements:
Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program or Certification as Medical AssistantCurrent CNA or CMA certificationMinimum of one year of experience in direct patient careCurrent Basic Life Support CertificationBilingual in English and Spanish encouraged, but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, the CNA or CMA supports licensed healthcare professionals in providing quality care.
Assisting with medical intake interviews and gathering essential health informationMeasuring and documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respirationPreparing individuals for medical evaluations or procedures conducted by physicians or advanced practice providersMaintaining accurate and timely documentation in electronic health recordsSupporting infection control practices and contributing to a clean, safe care environmentProviding support in the diagnosis and routine treatment of minor medical conditionsAssisting with patient education related to basic care, hygiene, and follow-up instructionsCoordinating and preparing individuals for offsite careMonitoring patients under enhanced observation or during isolation as directedSupporting public health and infectious disease control efforts when neededEnsuring medical supplies and equipment are properly stocked, organized, and sanitizedCollaborating with healthcare team members to ensure efficient, compassionate patient careFor More Information Contact:
