DUTIES:

Observing ResidentsReporting any health issues to the supervising nurseTaking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intakeFeeding Residents & serving nutritional supplementsTransporting Residents within the FacilityTurning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsoresMaintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work as a team memberSuccessful completion of a CNA programValid NY State CertificationMust be in good standing with State Registry
