Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor vital signs and assist with medication reminders. Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and personalized care for each patient. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA registered with the state of GA CPR certification is required Patient care experience in Home Health, preferred but not required Must have the ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions and to maintain nursing records and charts Ability to interact professionally with patients and families Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must adapt to changing workload and/or interruptions Must have a valid driver license and be in good standing Must pass a pre-employment screeningPosition Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Wednesday, 6AM-6PM (no weekends!) Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401k option, Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and more!
