We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant with Med Surg at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, WI to join our team!
The Medical Assistant assists in the delivery of health care to patients including maintenance of clinical record/documentation. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for medical staff. The position requires the ability to make decisions consistent with clinic policies and the strict observance of confidentiality of patient information.
Experience/Qualifications
Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration required or must be obtained within six (6) months of hireCurrent CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training through independent study, manikin and knowledge testing. An acceptable CPR training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association, or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED.Previous experience beneficial.Hours:Part Time/Benefit Eligible or 0.6 FTE, 48 hours every 2 weeks. Night shift, 1845-0715.
