We are looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our staff at Bethesda of Willmar, a senior care community in Willmar, MN. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and up to a $2,500 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply! 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Pay Range: $25 - $38 / hour depending on experience. We accept On-Call as well! Full-Time is eligible for a $2,500 bonus. Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview. Responsibilities: + Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs). + Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans. + Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises. + Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
