We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time, Float Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to travel to our MN sites in primarily the Metro and also the North Metro regions! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) & up to a $2,500 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply! Hours & days are flexible! Salary Pay Range: $52,000 to $72,000 / year depending on experience Full-Time is eligible for a $2,500 bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $1,000 bonus. Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview. Responsibilities: + Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs). + Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans. + Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises. + Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
