We are looking for a Part-Time, Weekend Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our staff at Crest View Lutheran Home, a senior care community in Columbia Heights, MN! Pay Range: $30 - $45 / hour depending on experience (salary option available) Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview. Responsibilities + Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs). + Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans. + Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises. + Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
