Job Functions:
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational TherapistAssist in developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans tailored to patient needsInstruct patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) to improve functional abilitiesDocument patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely recordsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive careEducate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to continue progress at homeMonitor patient response to treatment, adjusting techniques as necessary
Key Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (American Occupational Therapy Association)Certified through the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy AssociationMinimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapy AssistantCurrent CPR certification
