Job Description:

Occupational Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications: 

Associate's Degree - Occupational Therapy.  Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.  1 year - COTA experience in a supervised clinical setting This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred Qualifications: 

1 year - COTA experience in a home health care setting. COTA experience with geriatric patients. Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance benefits for home health care.
