Responsibilities for a COTA with Phoebe Allentown:

To implement Occupational Therapy services for patient and clients under the supervision of an occupational therapist (OTR/L).  Those services include standard assessment, treatment, and documentation.

Requirements for a COTA with Phoebe Allentown:

The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.Graduate of an AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) approved OTA Educational Program.Successfully completed fieldwork requirements; current licensure in Pennsylvania; CPR certified.Through knowledge of Principles and Practice of Occupational Therapy; effectiveness in assessing resident needs and in providing care and support to a geriatric population on an in or outpatient basis under the direction of OTR/L.
