Requirements for a COTA with Phoebe Berks:

The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.Graduate of an AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) approved OTA Educational Program.Successfully completed fieldwork requirementsCPR certificationCandidates who excel are those who can thrive in a positive and respectful Customer Driven Culture while embodying the organization’s Faith in Action Mission, Vision, and Values.
