Join the exciting T1 Project as a Certified Payroll Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible to review and evaluate all certified payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.  Works with Project Management staff to resolve any issues.

What you will be doing Evaluates and submits all Certified Payroll through Company tracking tool to ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations. Supports and resolves labor compliance discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to avoid penalties for payroll or reporting non-compliance. Corresponds with subcontractors, vendors, project owners and project management team to support inquiries or issues with their Certified Payrolls to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Supports project management staff with Certified Payroll inquiries to efficiently and effectively resolve inquiries or issues. Reviews project contract specification documentation to ensure Certified Payroll process conforms to contract requirements. Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.Performs additional clerical duties, as directed by supervisor. Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.Support published corporate policies. What we are looking for Associate’s Degree in a related field or 2 years construction administrative experience required. Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset. Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Trucking industry experience a plus.Knowledge of Davis Bacon and Labor Laws preferred.
