Location: UC Health Business Center Department: Consolidated Pharmacy Services Center Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Weekly Shift: First Shift UC Health is hiring for a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician for Consolidated Pharmacy Services Center at University of Cincinnati’s Medical Center in the UC Health Business Center. We are also offering a $2000 sign on Bonus! Pharmacy technicians on the Medication Access Services team assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. They help uninsured and underinsured patients enroll in philanthropic foundations and manufacturer-based programs to access needed therapies in an affordable manner to ensure clinical care and reduce financial toxicity. Pharmacy technicians trainees work only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. They do not perform duties that can legally be performed by only a registered pharmacist.
