Certified Pharmacy Technician
Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work predominantly with Prior Authorizations. Your primary responsibility will involve handling the intake/review of prior authorizations. Responsibilities + Handle the intake of Prior Authorizations. + Provide customer service to all members. + Manage data entry tasks related to pharmacy operations. + Handle appeals and managed care claims. + Work independently and remotely, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance. Essential Skills + Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT). + Experience in pharmacy operations and managed care. + Proficiency in data entry and computer skills. + Strong customer service skills, especially over the phone. + Ability to handle calls, control conversations, and redirect as necessary. + Experience with Prior Authorization processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in handling appeals and claims. + Ability to work remotely with limited distractions. + Strong WiFi connectivity. + Comfortable working weekends and holidays, with willingness to be part of a rotation. Work Environment This is a 100% remote position.
