Essential Duties & Functions: + Prepare medication doses prior to a pharmacist's review and dispensing + Perform sterile medication compounding after required training + Monitor drug inventory levels to ensure a continuous supply of medications without stockpiling supplies + Enter information into and retrieve information from a database or patient profile + Troubleshoot problems and/or do minor maintenance on all pharmacy equipment, printers, computers, and telecommunication equipment with adequate training in the pharmacy + Must use aseptic technique, wear appropriate attire, and follow standards in aseptic compounding + Must maintain clean and safe working environment + Other duties as assigned
