As our Remote **Licensed Pharmacy Technician** , you'll leverage your expertise to improve patient outcomes through our Medicare Quality and STAR measures program. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented pharmacy professional who enjoys both analytical work and patient interaction.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead member outreach initiatives to optimize clinical quality and close healthcare gaps
+ Collaborate with our Analytics team to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care
+ Create engaging member communications and track program success
+ Interact directly with Medicare members and healthcare providers
+ Develop and maintain performance metrics for quality improvement programs
+ Drive medication adherence initiatives through data-driven strategies

**Qualifications**
+ Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician License in your residential state.
+ 2+ years of Medicare Part D experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Comfort with technology and data analysis
+ Ability to work independently in a remote setting
+ Must obtain and maintain license
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
+ Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
+ Healthcare analytics background
+ Previous remote work experience
