The Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business is one of Agilent’s premier choices for budget conscious customers to purchase pre-owned analytical instrumentation that meet the same exacting standards for quality and post-sale ownership protection that new Agilent instruments do. As budgets shrink and demands for productivity grow, customers need reliable, high-class equipment at affordable prices. Offering a broad range of Agilent products that span multiple generations combined with a limited supply, the coordination, and prioritization of refurbishment can be quite complex.

The Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) planner will own planning and coordinating global end-to-end refurbishments, including when goods should be refurbished and where the refurbishments should take place. You will optimize the balance between customer delivery requirements, capacity, and available inventory.

This role interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Logistics, Field Service, and Customer Service to ensure CPO Instruments can meet and exceed our customer expectations.

A large portion of this role is spent in SAP system(s) and reporting for processes such as inventory tracking, scheduling, and planning

This role will establish and manages relationships with various refurbishment partners from around the global.

You will work on a team to develop digital automation tools to enhance planning practices and efficiency of the business, so having a keen understanding and drive for digital transformation is key.

This role may be responsible for coordinating new product introduction (NPI), product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet demand.
 

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent

At least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level

Clear communication skills

Advanced experience with SAP ECC (Material Data, Reporting, Inventory Movements, etc)

Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Functions, scripting, etc.)

Ability to be self-sufficient and identify opportunities for improvements

Knowledge of Agilent products

Ability to multitask and work in an ambiguous environment

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to work with different time zones and cultures

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $79,200.00 - $123,750.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
