ResponsibilitiesPrime Hospital -Located in Philadelphia is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA’s)
Provide counseling and education to patients regarding surgical and anesthetic optionsPerform thorough anesthetic focused assessmentDetermine safest patient focused plan for anesthesia, analgesia, multi modal pain management, post operative recovery and discharge to homeEnsure patient understanding and obtain anesthetic specific informed consentOrder and administer preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative anesthetic medications, including appropriate antiemetics, hemodynamic agents and controlled substancesInitiate anesthesia by securing the airway (if appropriate), maintain appropriate anesthetic depth, and conduct a controlled emergence and extubation (if appropriate) for given anestheticComplete post operative assessmentParticipate and conduct anesthesia related educational programs

Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia training program completing requirements for MSN or DNPCurrent certification / recertification as Certified Registered Nurse AnesthetistValid Pennsylvania RN License.Current BLS / ACLS / PALSMust possess excellent airway skills and venous and arterial access capabilities or willing to learn with our expertsMinimum of one-year previous experience however, exceptional new graduates will be considered
