Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

TRIA has opportunities to join our team at our Bloomington, MN location as a CRNA. In this role you will provide patient care and support during general or MAC anesthesia. Additionally, you will have responsibilities for patient safety while under anesthesia. The CRNA works with the staff Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to provide all elements of a safe and beneficial surgical procedure.

About TRIA’s Ambulatory Surgery Center: 

At our state-of-the-science Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), you’ll find award-winning surgical care for common and complex orthopedic conditions. Our orthopedic surgeons perform a variety of procedures – including knee and hip arthroscopy, and shoulder repairs – that don’t require an overnight hospital stay. Our Bloomington location has 7 ORs and averages 24-35 cases a day. 

 

TRIA's Work Schedule & FTE opportunities

TRIA is hiring for a variety of FTE positions ranging from casual – 1.0 FTE. Shifts are 10 hour day shifts. 7a-5p.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from a School of Nursing and from a School of Anesthesia. BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Minnesota. Certified by the Council on Certification or Board eligible. Currently recertified by the Council on Recertification of the AANA. This position requires credentialing, following the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines. Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.  Proven proficiency in the operation of the following:  defibrillator, external pacing, patient monitors (transport monitors, automatic blood pressure monitors, pulse, temperature, pulse oximetry, invasive monitoring, BBGT, ACT), gas analyzer, infusion pumps/injection devices, gas machine, blood drawing, telephone, and computers.
