Job Description: + Prepare Operating Room: Gather and arrange surgical instruments and supplies, ensuring everything is sterile and ready. + Assist During Surgery: Pass instruments to the surgeon, hold retractors, and maintain a sterile environment. + Patient Care: Help with patient positioning, draping, and verifying surgical sites. + Post-Surgery Duties: Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare the operating room for the next procedure. + Skills Needed: Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and excellent teamwork abilities.
