The CST will be responsible for scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases. You will assist the surgeons and anticipate needs. The Certified Surgical Technologist will possess knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique. No weekends or holidays. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** + Associates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP accredited program of Surgical Technology preferred + 1 year of Operating Room experience preferred, specifically with the MOHS technique + Certified Surgical Technologist preferred or required within 6 months of hire + Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skill are required + Demonstrates ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task with a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness + Takes direction well but also self directed and motivated **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
