CET Mex/LatAm Regional Training Manager (Vaccines)

Pfizer's Regional Training Manager is responsible for strategically leading innovative learning projects and solutions in one or more assigned brands, Units (BU) and/or therapeutic areas (TA), as well as developing the key skills and competencies so that customer-facing colleagues can successfully represent the company in front of its customers. The goal is to ensure excellence in the execution and support of organizational and global learning goals.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the assigned therapeutic area, the Regional Training Manager will work collaboratively with CET's Global team, Medical team and other Training Managers within the Region to understand local and regional needs ensuring that global materials respond to both market needs and brand strategy.

Main Responsibilities: To strategically create and manage the entire learning process of the BU/TA and assigned brands, leading the project and the delivery of innovative solutions for the CFCs of Mexico and LatAm. Supervise and/or coordinate the translation, localization, development, and approval of required training materials.  Develop, train, and lead talent to ensure high performance and ongoing engagement. Manage complex relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring measurable results within time and budget. Share outcome metrics, best practices, and learnings across the learning network. Stay up to date with trends and developments in the area of learning and development. Lead and/or participate in interdisciplinary teams to create training programs and/or curricula by brand or therapeutic area, including planning, logistics, and implementation of local and regional training solutions.

Regional responsibility as SME for LatAm in the assigned therapeutic area:

The CET Mex/LatAm Regional Training Manager for LatAm will serve as a single point of contact and expert Leader for other TMs within the CET team for LatAm for the specific brand and/or therapeutic area assigned. He is responsible for improving the skills of TMs by driving the updating of information and providing ad hoc training if necessary.

The Brand CET Mex/LatAm Regional Training Manager will participate as SME in the strategic brand meetings together with the Leader of Excellence, representing CET LatAm team and will be responsible for guiding other TMs in updates related to materials and strategy subsequently, if necessary, will also be a key support in the facilitation of workshops within the different countries across the region.

Education, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (preferably scientific).Strong track record of success for a minimum of 5 years as a sales representative, trainer, or marketer or related role - Assigned BU Sales and Product experience is an asset (vaccines).Training delivery experiencer Role for a minimum of 1 year (Pharmaceutical or equivalent industry).Excellent training delivery, presentation, and facilitation skills – both 'face to face' and 'virtual' at all levels.Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills at all levels.Evidence of successful cross-functional working.Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Ability to align knowledge with business priorities and execute strategies accordingly.Passion for innovation and trying new approaches.Proficient in MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, teams), and interested in developing digital competencies (e.g., training delivery tools, AI, and learning content management systems).Ability to make sense of complex information to make sound judgment and decision making with minimal direction. A track record of holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.English language competency: ability to speak and present English in a business setting.Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, as required, and to be mobile in various work environments.
