You’ll make an impact by:
Manages implementation of overall Audit strategy and the delivery of the internal Audit plan across all businesses or all local organizations, in the assigned area of competence.Defines and ensures implementation of overall Audit strategy, principles, and respective global Audit plans for the region.Plans and implements regional Audit policies, guidelines and processes, according to respective legal requirements.Decides on budgets and resource allocation.Identifies, analyzes, evaluates, and monitors key business risk, and derives programs to ensure risk mitigation. Ensures compliance of all business and financial operations with relevant legal regulations and corporate policies, in cooperation with accountable Senior Management.Sets up Audit engagement plans, and oversees completion.Cooperates with Senior Management to decide on action plans to solve critical compliance risks or issues. Live the CF A People Strategy; lead your team by example, be a career coach and mentor.Serves as a Global Competency Expert for either Financial, Operational or Compliance Audit.Provides regional Audit reports.Heads overall organization assigned, and leads all related management and staff.Fully own the client relationship to senior management.Establish, maintain and leverage relationships globally with other parts of CF A and of Siemens overall (e.g. Corporate Finance, Businesses).Contribute to recruiting activities; identify top talent and participate in interviews.Your defining qualities:
At least 14 years of professional experience within Siemens and/or related industries.Experience in a managerial role required.Behavioral capabilities needed are listening skills, convincing on facts, being professionally independent and a strong result orientation.Strong past performance in academics (e.g., engineering, IT, business or finance).General Project Management expertise in a complex global organization.Intensive experience in at least two of the following or similar areas: Product Lifecycle Management, Project/Commercial Project Management, SCM, Engineering, Sales or Strategy.Experience and in-depth knowledge in Accounting (IFRS), Controlling, Financial Reporting or Commercial Project Management.Preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting and have experiences working and communicating with different cultures.Digital Readiness – work experience in digital environment (software/automatization).Strong desire and drive to develop into future leadership roles.Fluent in English.Flexibility to travel internationally as well as to live/embrace our work-remotely culture.You’ll benefit from:
