Job Description SummaryThe CF34 Services Business Operations Leader (i) directs and leads commercial strategy, (ii) ensures high quality deals that meet customer need are executed through the deal factory, (iii) owns commercial process development to support the deal teams, and (iv) is a critical face to the CF34 customer base.

Key Responsibilities include:  

Define CF34 commercial strategy, including:Partnering with Marketing to understand fleet needsDesired win rate and contract mixFramework pricing levelsEngagement plan with GEAM to execute strategy

Create business processes to ensure strategy is executed as designed by:Deploying Flight Deck to ensure high quality deals with little wasteServing as 650.10 deal approverSupporting CSA Ops and deal factory teams to ensure all models being used are updated and accurateEnsure successful contract flowdown to CPL and CPM teamsCreating an annual action plan for campaign strategy and closureProviding updates on progress to the team at WOR and MOR

Foster customer relationships by:Supporting contract negotiations directly with customer teamsAttending industry events to gather intelligence and build relationshipsWorking closely with channel partners to build aftermarket solutions pipeline

Lead special projects critical to the success of the overall RES organization

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 8+ years of experience, especially in business analysis and forecasting
