PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To learn and operate all RTD equipment in order to be a relief for any machine operator positions in the RTD department. Perform the duties efficiently and accurately in a safe, sanitary, and productive manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Learn equipment and perform all RTD positions in Plant 3 as requested by Supervisor.
2. Fill in for breaks, vacations, and absences for operators.
3. Follow CFI policies, safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing
Procedure, and ISO9001 procedures.
4. Observe and report possible equipment maintenance to your supervisor.
5. Maintain positive working relationships with supervisor and co-workers.
6. Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Special Conditions
Working conditions may include working in warm temperature areas at times and around equipment producing radiation.
Hours are: 9:25pm - 5:30am Sunday - Thursdsay and OT as needed on Friday
Rate of Pay - P4 plus $1.25 Shift Differential
Start Rate - $22.35
1st year - $22.85
2nd Year - $23.25
