CFIUS Operations Support Senior

Vonage has created the Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office to be responsible for driving and monitoring compliance against Vonage’s CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States) requirements following the acquisition of Vonage by Ericsson.  An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious CFIUS Operations Support Senior to join this growing team.

CFIUS Operations Support Senior manages the employee’s request (International Travel, PII, and Access Requests) and collaborates with HR, IT and Legal to ensure all NCT requests undergo review to receive approval or non-objection.  You will be responsible to monitor the queue to ensure the requests undergo the appropriate process and ensure all requests are in compliance with the CFIUS requirements and to reject and approve requests based on the requirements.

What you will do:

Support CFIUS Operations Support Manager to process Travel, PII and Access Requests.   Takes action on the requests based on the defined guidelines and internal policies.  Track and update the requests throughout the approval process.  Collaborate with IT to ensure approved access requests are processed. Work with the appropriate teams to obtain approval on the requests.   Ensures all approved requests are compliant under the CFIUS requirements. Manage communication channels (Slack, Jira queues, email) including FAQs. Supports the CFIUS Compliance Operations Manager with investigation on violations/incidents. Responsible for day-to-day queue processing in Jira for various tickets Travel, PII, and Access Requests to monitor performance to ensure expectations are met. 

What is Required:

3+ years experience Knowledge or experience with CFIUS is a plus. Provide and maintain superior customer experience through effective ongoing communication. Very organized, self-motivated and self-directed Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to absorb and retain information quickly. Project management experience. Must work US location Holmdel, NJ or DC preferred, or within Eastern or Central time zones.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, IT, Security, management, or related field What is in it for you:
