CFO
Robert Half Finance & Accounting
Description We are looking for a experienced CFO to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Lafayette, Indiana. In this strategic role, you'll be tasked with overseeing the financial operations of the company, implementing effective strategies for asset-based lending, and ensuring adherence to GAAP accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations • Lead the budgeting processes, cash flow analysis, and capital management strategies • Spearhead the implementation and management of asset-based lending practices • Develop and execute strategies for debt financing and debt restructuring • Maintain compliance with GAAP Accounting and US GAAP standards • Oversee auditing procedures to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting • Lead the forecasting efforts, including rolling forecasts, to provide accurate projections for business planning • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for efficient financial management and operations • Drive the retooling of the Accounting Department to enhance accounting standards and procedures • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align financial management with short and long-term company objectives.
Contact Troy Cohoon Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position within the manufacturing industry • Proven expertise in auditing, budget processes, capital management, and cash flow analysis • Proficiency in asset-based lending, rolling forecast, and debt financing • Solid understanding of GAAP Accounting and US GAAP • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar accounting software • Proven leadership skills with the ability to make strategic financial decisions • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred) • Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) required • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other department leaders to achieve company goals.
