Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in West Hills, California, for a CFO in the construction industry. This role will involve overseeing accounting functions, managing business systems, and utilizing various software systems such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and CRM. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain accurate financial records • Engage in regular auditing processes to ensure financial compliance and integrity • Develop and manage budget processes within the organization • Utilize 3M software for various financial functions • Use ADP - Financial Services for processing and managing financial transactions • Oversee the management of business systems within the organization • Employ CRM systems for efficient management of customer relationships • Engage in capital management strategies to ensure financial stability • Conduct cash flow analysis for informed financial decision-making. Requirements • Proven experience with Construction Accounting in a hands on leadership role that moves fast paced. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems for financial management. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for enhanced financial operations. • Ability to implement and manage Business Systems effectively. • Expertise in using CRM tools for customer relationship management. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions and their applications. • Demonstrated experience in Auditing, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • In-depth knowledge of Budget Processes and their management. • Proven capabilities in Capital Management for financial stability. • Excellent skills in Cash Flow Analysis for comprehensive financial planning.
