Description We are in search of a CFO - Chief Financial Officer to join our team in Plano, Texas, 75074, United States. This role involves leading the entire accounting and finance team of our organization. You will be instrumental in managing the financial operations and developing effective financial strategies to boost business growth. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective financial strategies that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives • Oversee the management of financial operations to ensure smooth business processes • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to facilitate informed decision-making • Supervise cash flow, capital planning, and risk management to maintain the company’s financial health • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the board of directors • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams to enhance efficiency and performance • Play a pivotal role in the organization’s long-term financial planning and strategic direction • Utilize your experience with NetSuite and other Accounting Software Systems to streamline financial operations Requirements • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred • Position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance role • Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is essential • Auditing skills are a must-have for this role • Must be well-versed in Budget Processes • Capital Management skills are necessary for this position • Cash Flow Analysis expertise is crucial • NetSuite proficiency is a requirement for this role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
