CFO/ CIO
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Chief Investment Officer (CIO) who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and growth strategies of our organization. The CFO/CIO will not only be responsible for financial management and reporting but will also contribute significantly to fiduciary oversight, capital market leveraging, equity partnerships, and long-term investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial markets and capital lending markets with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate investment strategies designed to secure the most favorable financing platforms available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Treasury Management: Manage the companys cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to optimize working capital and support business operations.

· Accounting Oversight: Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems and ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
· Financial Reporting: Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
· Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth goals.
· Fiduciary Oversight: Provide strong oversight of financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices to safeguard organizational assets and maintain financial integrity
· Capital Markets Leveraging: Evaluate, negotiate and secure capital from diverse financial markets to fund strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
· Equity Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate equity partnerships and alliances to enhance financial flexibility and support strategic initiatives.
· Investment Management: Develop and manage long-term investment strategies to optimize returns, manage risk, and ensure financial stability.
· Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key financial advisor to the owner, executive vice president, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
