Job Description:
Responsible for more complex tax planning, forecasting and compliance responsibilities Activities may include complying with tax reporting requirements of various government jurisdictions in a manner that minimizes tax liabilities or researching tax issues and developing effective tax minimization strategies. Supports achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners. Leads projects and coordinates resources. May provide supervision to a small staff. Can manage partner relationships.

Responsible for federal, state and other tax compliance.  Other responsibilities include, research technical tax issues impacting compliance filings, responding to IRS and state requests, and identifying simplification opportunities within the tax compliance processes. The candidate will have direct communication with associates with varying levels of experience throughout the enterprise (Corporate Tax, Finance, Technology, Operations, etc.) and with service providers, great communication and teamwork skills are critical to success.
