Job Description

As CFO, you'll be a pivotal force within the executive team, driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring its long-term success. You'll oversee the financial well-being of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, all while propelling the company towards its ambitious goal of becoming a world-class Fintech leader. We're seeking a dynamic individual with sharp business instincts, mastery in financial reporting, a proactive approach to controllership, solid track record of fundraising and the leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

Financial Strategy & Planning: Drive the company's financial strategy for sustainability and profitability, aligning with strategic goals.Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Capital & Risk Management: Drive fundraising, manage capital structure, liquidity, and asset-liability strategies to optimize profitability and minimize risk.Financial Operations: Supervise day-to-day financial functions, ensuring efficient systems, scalable processes, and alignment with best practices.Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Lead the finance team, nurture talent, and manage relationships with regulators, investors, and auditors.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA and/or CFA preferred.10+ years of progressively broad-base financial leadership experience in the technology or financial services industry.Expertise in accounting standards and regulations, financial systems, tools, and technologies.Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy in a complex, regulated environment.Successful track record in fundraising.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Expertise in financial services and fintech trends.Background in Investment Banking is advantageous.
