Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CGMP Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices and will be responsible for ensuring compliance and quality within the manufacturing process. This role involves conducting root cause analysis, managing deviations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and ensure effective CAPA implementation. Manage change controls and assess their impact on processes and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CGMP compliance. Provide knowledge and training on root cause analysis and impact assessment. Document findings and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a CGMP environment (Junior/Medior level). Strong understanding of CGMP regulations and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Dutch and English (both written and spoken). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What We Offer:
