Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, offers the opportunity to join an established full scope, busy Vascular Surgery practice. Good work/life balance exists with shared call (1:3) with other surgery partners. Candidates should be trained in the latest techniques in open and endovascular surgery. The practice is comprehensive and involves all aspects of open vascular and endovascular surgery, including aortic, carotid, visceral, peripheral, cerebrovascular, dialysis vascular access, and venous procedures. Subspecialty interests are welcome. Candidates should demonstrate an interest in practice development, a willingness to serve as department chair, and a commitment to mentoring team members, including APPs and allied health staff. They should also have a strong interest in advancing the research component of the vascular practice and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, team-based vascular service.

As Vascular Surgeon at Mayo Clinic Health System- Eau Claire, you are part of a multidisciplinary vascular team including cardiovascular surgeons, general surgeons, interventional radiology, and vascular medicine. The opportunity is approximately 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient.
