Champions Sales Development Representative - Remote Opportunity

The Sales Development Representative will play a meaningful role in/out-bound prospecting for our Champions portfolio. The ideal candidate needs excellent tele-sales, email sequencing, and CRM skills. A highly driven and goal-oriented attitude is essential. 

In this role you will use a variety of channels (I.E., cold calling, emailing, online meeting platforms) to maintain up-to-date lead flow processes and ensure that all company guidelines, metrics, and goals are consistently met or exceeded. 


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Develop leads by providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospect thus turning them into meetings/leads.Cold calling and emailing key prospects daily using our SalesLoft platform.Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals assigned to you by Champions leadership.Collaborate with sales and marketing team members regularly on strategic sales approaches.Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in a CRM application.Up to 10% travel required. Qualifications: 1+ year of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in education sales.Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and upbeat phone presence.Shown success in prospecting.Very self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.Experience with CRM applications required (SalesLoft and Salesforce preferred).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
