Change Analyst 1

Job Summary 

Hologic is seeking a Change Analyst I, responsible for scanning, maintaining device history documents/records, and routing change orders in the QMS system including DHRs and PHFs. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Follows standard practices and procedures. Exercises good judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.  Self-starter to complete tasks with little to no instruction on day-to-day tasks and workload.  Ensures conformance to ISO 13485 regulations in documentation Assists in maintaining Quality hardcopy documents/records for filing  Scans DHR and PHF documentation through hardcopy and electronic files Maintains active and archive database files Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization: internal and external  Ability to enforce corporate standards and procedures in accordance with governing guidelines Tracks partials and coordinates completed DHR packages Track and coordinate change order completion, approval, and implementation. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills  Perform administrative duties such as filing and correspondence. Process different types of Change Orders in Agile workflow (mostly MLCO, DCN, MCO) May include other duties as defined by the Document Control department management.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

Must be computer literate with strong use of word processing, spreadsheet programs and databases. Good communication skills Use of some independent judgment and analysis required. Experience in a medical device company or biotechnology industry a plus. Experience in Oracle Agile ERP and PLM systems a plus MS Office Adobe Acrobat experience

The annualized base salary range for this role is $69,500 - $83,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
