**Change Analyst** **Full time on site requirement in either Bracknell or Solihull** We are looking for a Service Process Controller who can support our Change and Release Manager in all elements of Change and Release Management. This role will require significant engagement with Fujitsu delivery teams, customers and 3 rd Party interaction and will require adherence and the implementation of agreed processes to ensure effective Change Enablement and the Release of patches and software upgrades and updates to our IT environment. The role will involve building extensive relationships, coordination between parties and planning to ensure that change is effectively managed across the estate, the role will rely upon excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
