Change Analyst

We are looking for a Service Process Controller who can support our Change and Release Manager in all elements of Change and Release Management. This role will require significant engagement with Fujitsu delivery teams, customers and 3rd Party interaction and will require adherence and the implementation of agreed processes to ensure effective Change Enablement and the Release of patches and software upgrades and updates to our IT environment.

The role will involve building extensive relationships, coordination between parties and planning to ensure that change is effectively managed across the estate, the role will rely upon excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

We want you to play your part in a high performing team working in a continuous improvement culture strong on communication and teamwork, with focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations and delivery of these services profitably for Fujitsu. 

 Your experience

The core skills and experience required for this role are

Understanding of Change Management and Release Management processes and best practice procedures Planning and reporting Knowledge of ITSM Tool Service Now or similar Relationship building with Customers, Internal Teams and 3rd Party suppliers

SC Security Clearance

NPPV_3 will be required
