Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the channel strategy of the Change & Communications team; with specific focus on Intranet and internal social network.

Work as key member of the Communications team in charge of the strategy and execution of high impact communications for a large, growing, multi-territory organization. 

Work with the Communications Leader in the execution of high quality communications to support the initiatives and plans of different verticals - including Technology, Automation, Strategy, and Operations. 

Collaborate with the Communications leads from different areas of the program, as well as the communications teams of the global acceleration centers spread across the world in effective implementation of the change & communications strategy.  

The person in this role needs to be proactive, bring high energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, global, multicultural, matrix environment.

Bring a change mindset to all initiatives and programs, and apply our change principles and framework at the appropriate time

Assess stakeholder groups and level of impact for strategic initiatives, to inform engagement plans and adoption tactics

Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption, partnering with the broader Comms Team on all communications

Requirements:

Graduate / post-graduate in Mass Communication / Journalism / Visual Communications / Public Relations with 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in the areas of corporate communications, internal communications, marketing communications and executive communications. Experience in a professional services organization is preferred.

Experience of working in corporate communications for a multi-national organization. Exposure to working in global teams.

Proven ability to implement communications strategy to enable business strategy

Excellent writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills, along with attention to detail and process orientation

Good understanding of diverse channels of communication

Ability to interface with Communications colleagues across the different geographies and verticals and execute communications plan in a collaborative fashion

Exposure to social media a plus

Exposure to Knowledge management a plus
