WHAT TO EXPECT:
As a Change and Communications specialist, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the integrated change management strategy, approach and plan, including communications and updates to cross-functional leadership and external stakeholders to support the Procurement requirements within the Integrated ERP Project.   
You will be expected to liaise with stakeholders and change champions across the business to ensure alignment on key messaging, co-ordinating the Communications, Training and Adoption Leads during delivery and collating feedback on lessons learned and inputting into future strategies.  

 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Identify and manage anticipated resistance and maximise engagement of key stakeholders using change management techniques and tools  Gain commitment and involvement of senior and line management and those affected by the change using influence and interactions to advocate adoption of the change Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and apply risk mitigation techniques to maximise likelihood of successful and sustainable implementation of change Mapping activity and identifying gaps between current and future state business processes Maintain lessons learnt from change interventions and share key lessons with Procurement Digital change practitioners as appropriate

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Proven experience of successfully delivering a major Change Programme or Project A broad experience in change management and project management Experience with large-scale organisational transformational change Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and how to apply these in practice Operational experience of using Transformation methodologies, approaches, tools and techniques
